Delivery within Australia  

Once payment has been cleared orders that are in stock will be delivered within 10 working days where possible. Custom made or wholesale orders will need to be discussed on delivery time depending on availability of metals, gemstones and work involved.

Every effort is made to get items to you as quick as possible. Items are sent Via Registered Australian Post with insurance for up to $100 and with delivery confirmation at a standard cost of $9.00 if extra insurance is required please contact us for pricing.

International Delivery  

Once payment has been cleared orders that are in stock will be delivered within 4 to 14 working days where possible. Custom made or wholesale orders will need to be discussed on delivery time depending on availability of metals, gemstones and work involved.

Every effort is made to get items to you as quick as possible. Items are sent Via Registered Australian we are unable to give exact delivery times as postal services vary throughout the world and their could be custom delays which we have no control over . Items are sent via Registered Australia Post with insurance of $100 and with delivery confirmation at a standard cost of $19.00 if extra Insurance is required please contact us for pricing.

Rush Orders

We may be able to offer rush delivery for Items that are in stock. This will incur an extra cost added to our regular shipping charges. If you would like rush delivery please contact us prior with the address and the item you require. Then we will contact you with extra cost and estimated time of arrival.

Returns  

At Julie Martin Jewellery designs we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase if not we are happy to exchange within 14 days of purchase... Item/s needs to be sent back to us in original condition and original packaging at the customers cost. We do not do refunds.  

If you receive a faulty item/s please return with receipt and original packaging including description of fault. If goods are found to be faulty we will send a replacement or exchange of goods. We will not accept any item/s that is damaged due to external causes.  

Please contact us before item is being sent back. We also suggest a delivery confirmation and insurance as we cannot be held responsible for any Item/s being lost in shipping.

Payment

• Cheque in AUD only
• Direct Bank Deposit. Contact us with the item you would like to purchase and I will send an invoice back with our Bank details for direct deposit.

Please note that Item/s will only be sent when payment is cleared.
